Following is a
list of qualifying Taverners/Innkeepers who have been submitted
by Members of the Society. This is NOT
a complete list of qualifying Taverners/Innkeepers, as we
anticipate the number of qualifying ancestors to be in the
thousands. Therefore, your qualifying ancestor may not be
listed here, but that does not mean you are not eligible for
membership through that ancestor. This list will be updated
periodically as time permits.
The list is organized first by State, and then alphabetically by
Taverner's/Innkeeper's name under that State. Life-dates are
provided for each Taverner/Innkeeper, as well as their
license/service date. Members and Prospective Members are
required to locate and furnish appropriate documentary evidence
of the Taverner's/Innkeeper's service at the time of submission
of an application.
