Our annual meetings take place during the first half of the year, with the time and place determined by the Keeper of the Tavern Records and the Mine Host/Mine Hostess.
Usually the annual meeting occurs on Saturday of the first full week in June, depending on venue availability.
Each year we meet for luncheon in a colonial tavern.
We enjoy an authentic meal and entertainment worthy of our ancestors.
Members will be adivised of the final arrangements usually by the end of March, depending on other workload. All attempts are made to “get the word out” as soon as possible.
The 2026 Annual Meeting arrangements are underway.
Below, see a downloadable PDF that contains full details concerning last year’s meeting.
Details concerning next year’s meeting will be posted when they have been finalized.
