Our annual meetings take place during the first half of the year, with the time and place determined by the Taverner and the Mine Host/Mine Hostess.
Usually the annual meeting occurs on Saturday of the first full week in June, depending on venue availability.
Each year we meet for luncheon in a colonial tavern.
We enjoy an authentic meal and entertainment worthy of our ancestors.
Members will be adivised of the final arrangements usually by the end of March, depending on other workload. All attempts are made to “get the word out” as soon as possible.
Details of the 2026 Annual Meeting on Saturday, June 13, 2026, in Bardstown, Kentucky, can be found in the most recent issue of Flagon & Trencher News under the NEWSLETTER tab in our menu.
The newsletter is about to be mailed to Members, but if desired, reservation details and a form are contained in the version under that tab. You may download the document and print it.
We hope you will join us for our first visit to Kentucky!
